Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Bookings and Scheduling
ppointments are subject to availability and are not confirmed until all required booking and payment steps are completed.
Clients must follow the cancellation, rescheduling, lateness, and no-show terms presented during booking. A late cancellation, missed appointment, or significantly late arrival may result in the loss of that session.
Packages and session credits must be used within the stated validity period.
2. Payments and Payment Plans
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Clients authorize NEXGEN and its payment providers to collect all charges selected during checkout.
When a payment plan is selected, the first payment is due at enrollment and remaining payments are due according to the disclosed schedule. Payment plans are installment arrangements for the complete program price, not cancel-anytime subscriptions.
After a program begins, the client remains responsible for the full balance regardless of attendance, participation, or early withdrawal.
3. Refunds
All coaching services, bookings, packages, workshops, and digital purchases are nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law. The Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
Apparel and Merchandise
Product availability, sizing, colors, shipping times, and appearance may vary. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and sizing information before ordering.
Apparel and merchandise purchases are subject to the return terms displayed on the product page or during checkout.
