1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
2. Coaching Services
NEXGEN provides life coaching, leadership development, goal-setting, accountability, mentorship, educational workshops, and related personal-development services.
Coaching is a collaborative process. Clients are responsible for their own choices, actions, participation, and results. NEXGEN does not guarantee any particular outcome.
3. Coaching Is Not Therapy or Medical Care
Shandrel McLendon is a Certified Professional Life Coach, not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, attorney, financial advisor, or crisis counselor.
NEXGEN services:
-Are not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, or crisis intervention.
-Do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure mental-health or medical conditions.
-Do not replace care from a licensed healthcare or mental-health professional.
-Do not create a therapist-patient, physician-patient, attorney-client, or other licensed professional relationship.
Clients should not stop, delay, or modify professional treatment based on coaching discussions.
If you experience suicidal thoughts, thoughts of harming yourself or another person, or a mental-health crisis at any time before or during a program, call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Call 911 or seek emergency medical assistance when there is immediate danger.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
-Provide accurate and complete information.
-Attend sessions prepared and on time.
-Communicate respectfully and honestly.
-Complete agreed-upon activities at their own discretion.
-Seek qualified professional assistance when an issue falls outside the scope of coaching.
-Accept responsibility for their decisions, actions, and results.
NEXGEN may pause or terminate services when continued coaching is inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, outside the coach’s scope, or inconsistent with these Terms.
